3.Center the phone and make sure its making contact.

I purchased 3 chargers directly from the Verizon store and they say samsung on them model EP-9G930 and they are knock offs ? With the Samsung lable? When I first purchased them they always worked great for a month or so WITH the case on but after aN android up date they quit working unless I remove the case, which is an inconvience. 🙁
