Customers are mixed about the adjustability of the flat screen display mount. Some mention that it's easily adjustable as the mounts ride on a track. Customers are dissatisfied with the fit of the flat screen display mount. They mention that it does not fit their three 24" monitors very well, it's too small for 27" monitor, and the 27" Monitors don't fit together unless they are fully spread out. The arms to the pole was too tight, and it'd be hard to fit two 27" 16:9 format monitors into the mount. Customers also mention that the extra plastic covers do not fit correctly, and that the mount is pretty small for the amount of weight it has.
"...Having different sizes is really a pain. You will notice my center monitor is NOT the same model so I have a bit of a problem there...." Read more

Customers are dissatisfied with the arm sagging of the flat screen display mount. They mention that it does sag with the two outer monitors, but not too badly. The left monitor is loose and sagas horizontally left and right. The arms will snag, and as a result the screens. They also say that the mount sashes when extended out from the body. Some customers also mention that the arms on either side sage quite a bit.
"...Additionally, there's quite a bit of sag on the sides despite being well under the weight limit. It's an inch or more!..." Read more
"...had concerns with some of the prior reviews that noted that the outside monitors sag...." Read more

My brother in law liked my monitors so much he bought a set for himself and found this mount to use. I was really pleased after he set it all up, especially with the price and decided to buy this for myself. I did have a few issues along the way.
When I first received the mount in the mail, one of the clips that holds the wires for the monitors was broken. I took a picture and sent it right over to their Customer Service. They responded in a couple of hours and told me they would send a replacement, which I was happy about. I went ahead and started putting the mount together.
I was pleased by the weight of the mount as I knew that it could withstand all three 27’ monitors on its arms. After I put everything together and installed the Monitors, I was not pleased with what I saw. The monitor on my left was not even with the other two mounts. In fact, it was at least an inch or so lower. I was getting really annoyed at it and asked my brother in law if he has this issue, which he said he didn’t and I saw myself a few days prior. I decided to keep fiddling with it, but we had some friends coming over that night and I thought he could take a look at it as he is a Mechanical Engineer and a perfectionist, so he could help me find what was wrong. They came over, but he couldn’t find a thing, and suggested what I already thought: an issue with the arms. If you tried to lift the mount it would just go back down. If you tried to move the monitor it would swing back. I did try to tighten the arms, but this did not fix the issue at all.
So, I once again took a few pictures of my mounts and also had my brother in law take a picture of his and I wrote customer service. They took a while replying so I had to write them a second time several days later. This time they finally replied and were shocked with what they saw. They told me that they have never had an issue regarding defective arms, but they would send out a replacement in a few days. Nine days later I received the replacement and it put it all together and it worked perfectly. Instead of making me go through the hassle of putting the old mount back in the box, I got to dispose of it which was really nice of them.
Installation
The instructions for the mount might seem complicated at first (trying to identify what part is what), but it is really easy. I had the mount installed on my desk and all the monitors on it in under 30 minutes. It really is easier if you have a helping hand, especially when you are loading the monitors on the mounts.
Materials
The materials for the mount are really sturdy. I know that the mount could hold heavier monitors and hold them up with pride.
Movement & Rotation
Once I got the monitors secure in the mount, it was really easy to move the arms around and adjust to the correct position I need. I personally have rotating my monitors (I like them all the same way), but if you like it, you can rotate it 360 degrees.
Cons
I have one major con and that is since I have 27’ monitors, there is little to no gaps at all in the movement. I figured that supporting up to 27’ means that I would have a little more movement in the arms, but it is a very tight fit. It is not the end of the world but would have been nice to have just a tad more movement room.
Overall
This is a very good mount! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a mount that fits three monitors. Having the curved monitors, I have it setup to surround me as much as possible. Once I get a new desk it will look even better!

Overall
This is a very good mount! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a mount that fits three monitors. Having the curved monitors, I have it setup to surround me as much as possible. Once I get a new desk it will look even better!
It arrived on time and was well packaged. Upon opening I was struck by how sturdy it appeared. The arms are strong! I proceeded to mount the post to my desk then the arms to the post. Very simple assembly. I then removed the stands from my monitors one at a time and attached the vesa mounts starting with the middle. It worked best to put the corner of the monitor on my desk and start one of the screws then lift it up and start another. Once two screws are in the rest is easy.
Be aware that the joints are not tightened as others discovered. I tightened all of them a bit as I was attaching the monitors. On the outboard mounts you can swivel the mount so the screen is facing outwards. This makes it easy to tighten the screws and attach the cables if you disconnected them before starting. The only thing I would change on the mounting hardware would be to use socket head screws for the monitor mounts and make them black. Alternately thumb screws would give it a better look as well. The zinc coated screws stand out against the black mount. Tighten the joints a bit more and your done. The plastic caps snap on and off easily. Cable management is pretty basic but does work. If your cables go straight down from the monitor to a floor mounted tower, you might have to get longer cables as the cable clips are on the arms and tend to pull them up a bit.
The first thing I noticed was that even though my monitors were 2 different sizes and from 3 different manufacturers, all of the screens lined up at the bottom! Maybe I was just lucky, but it really looks great. The second thing I noticed is that once I got the screens all lined up that this thing is VERY sturdy. No noticeable shake or vibration even when typing with an attitude!
Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase and with my experience with Amazon. I've recommended this product to several of my colleagues as well.
UPDATE: I made contact with the manufacturer and the malfunctioning piece was replaced promptly. This new unit looks great and works very well. Installation was a snap once I made the decision of where to place it. I’d recommend three monitors that match, and staying under 27” for maximum ability with movement and rotation, but overall, I’m very happy. If you’re looking to maximize desk space and productivity, go with this unit. For the price, can’t go wrong.
