61 customers mention35 positive26 negative

Customers are mixed about the adjustability of the flat screen display mount. Some mention that it's easily adjustable as the mounts ride on a track. They like the adjustable arms so they can angle the monitors from flat. However, others say that there is no adjustment for individual monitors, the drop appears to be non-existent, and the 2 side monitor heights cannot be individually adjusted.

"...The side monitors weren't even out of the box, but this is easily adjustable as the mounts ride on a threaded rod allowing up and down adjustment,..." Read more

"...monitor gives, the metal is thick and sturdy, but there's really no fine adjustment to make everything line up...." Read more

71 customers mention15 positive56 negative

Customers are dissatisfied with the fit of the flat screen display mount. They mention that it does not fit their three 24" monitors very well, it's too small for 27" monitor, and the 27" Monitors don't fit together unless they are fully spread out. The arms to the pole was too tight, and it'd be hard to fit two 27" 16:9 format monitors into the mount. Customers also mention that the extra plastic covers do not fit correctly, and that the mount is pretty small for the amount of weight it has.

"...Having different sizes is really a pain. You will notice my center monitor is NOT the same model so I have a bit of a problem there...." Read more

"...for a different model of this item as several of the extra plastic covers do not fit correctly either...." Read more

"It’s too small for 27” monitors. It will hold them, but there is not enough “slack” in the arms to angle them inward...." Read more

"...the mount, it was really easy to move the arms around and adjust to the correct position I need...." Read more

52 customers mention0 positive52 negative

Customers are dissatisfied with the alignment of the flat screen display mount. They mention that the monitors don't align 100%, the screens are not properly aligned horizontally, and it's impossible to line them up perfectly horizontally. Some mention that it'll be difficult to match up the side monitors.

"...It kept getting pushed out or miss-aligned whenever I would slide the arm on the stand...." Read more

"...for productivity, I can't use it because it looks so ugly and terribly unaligned...." Read more

"...If you don't then the monitors will not be level from one side to the other. You can use a shim if you need to make an adjustment...." Read more

"...Cons:-the arms to the left and right of the center pole are slightly uneven (maybe half a centimeter) but i fixed it with tape..." Read more

50 customers mention0 positive50 negative

Customers are dissatisfied with the arm sagging of the flat screen display mount. They mention that it does sag with the two outer monitors, but not too badly. The left monitor is loose and sagas horizontally left and right. The arms will snag, and as a result the screens. They also say that the mount sashes when extended out from the body. Some customers also mention that the arms on either side sage quite a bit.

Triple the Viewing Area!
I have been using three screens for my work computer for a very long time now. The monitors were getting older and started to put off more heat (seriously my office was like walking into a sauna, each monitor was putting off 104 degrees of heat), so I decided to upgrade to three 27’ Curved monitors. To compensate for the desk space, I wanted to get a good mount that could fit all three monitors. I had several guys at work give me hints, but nothing seemed quite right. My brother in law liked my monitors so much he bought a set for himself and found this mount to use. I was really pleased after he set it all up, especially with the price and decided to buy this for myself. I did have a few issues along the way. When I first received the mount in the mail, one of the clips that holds the wires for the monitors was broken. I took a picture and sent it right over to their Customer Service. They responded in a couple of hours and told me they would send a replacement, which I was happy about. I went ahead and started putting the mount together.I was pleased by the weight of the mount as I knew that it could withstand all three 27’ monitors on its arms. After I put everything together and installed the Monitors, I was not pleased with what I saw. The monitor on my left was not even with the other two mounts. In fact, it was at least an inch or so lower. I was getting really annoyed at it and asked my brother in law if he has this issue, which he said he didn’t and I saw myself a few days prior. I decided to keep fiddling with it, but we had some friends coming over that night and I thought he could take a look at it as he is a Mechanical Engineer and a perfectionist, so he could help me find what was wrong. They came over, but he couldn’t find a thing, and suggested what I already thought: an issue with the arms. If you tried to lift the mount it would just go back down. If you tried to move the monitor it would swing back. I did try to tighten the arms, but this did not fix the issue at all.So, I once again took a few pictures of my mounts and also had my brother in law take a picture of his and I wrote customer service. They took a while replying so I had to write them a second time several days later. This time they finally replied and were shocked with what they saw. They told me that they have never had an issue regarding defective arms, but they would send out a replacement in a few days. Nine days later I received the replacement and it put it all together and it worked perfectly. Instead of making me go through the hassle of putting the old mount back in the box, I got to dispose of it which was really nice of them.InstallationThe instructions for the mount might seem complicated at first (trying to identify what part is what), but it is really easy. I had the mount installed on my desk and all the monitors on it in under 30 minutes. It really is easier if you have a helping hand, especially when you are loading the monitors on the mounts.MaterialsThe materials for the mount are really sturdy. I know that the mount could hold heavier monitors and hold them up with pride.Movement & RotationOnce I got the monitors secure in the mount, it was really easy to move the arms around and adjust to the correct position I need. I personally have rotating my monitors (I like them all the same way), but if you like it, you can rotate it 360 degrees.ConsI have one major con and that is since I have 27’ monitors, there is little to no gaps at all in the movement. I figured that supporting up to 27’ means that I would have a little more movement in the arms, but it is a very tight fit. It is not the end of the world but would have been nice to have just a tad more movement room.OverallThis is a very good mount! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a mount that fits three monitors. Having the curved monitors, I have it setup to surround me as much as possible. Once I get a new desk it will look even better!

Installation
The instructions for the mount might seem complicated at first (trying to identify what part is what), but it is really easy. I had the mount installed on my desk and all the monitors on it in under 30 minutes. It really is easier if you have a helping hand, especially when you are loading the monitors on the mounts.

The materials for the mount are really sturdy. I know that the mount could hold heavier monitors and hold them up with pride.

Movement & Rotation
Once I got the monitors secure in the mount, it was really easy to move the arms around and adjust to the correct position I need. I personally have rotating my monitors (I like them all the same way), but if you like it, you can rotate it 360 degrees.

Cons
I have one major con and that is since I have 27’ monitors, there is little to no gaps at all in the movement. I figured that supporting up to 27’ means that I would have a little more movement in the arms, but it is a very tight fit. Overall
This is a very good mount! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a mount that fits three monitors. Having the curved monitors, I have it setup to surround me as much as possible. Once I get a new desk it will look even better!

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Overall Product.
Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2019
Overall, great product for the price range. One mount plate is VERY loose, as in, it won’t hold a monitor in position, and I can spin it like a top. (Video attached) I’d love a replacement. It’s a five star product without the malfunctioning piece. Multiple installation options, strong and sturdy. Update pending if a replacement comes or a remedy is available — or if I put the monitors up and there is a different issue.

UPDATE: I made contact with the manufacturer and the malfunctioning piece was replaced promptly. This new unit looks great and works very well. Installation was a snap once I made the decision of where to place it. I’d recommend three monitors that match, and staying under 27” for maximum ability with movement and rotation, but overall, I’m very happy. If you’re looking to maximize desk space and productivity, go with this unit. For the price, can’t go wrong.
