1.Turn the volume all the way up and begin playing music or a video.
2.Next get a toothpick or tweezers and turn the phone to its base and look at the speaker grills.
3.You may find that there is dust, dirt or lint in the speaker grills. Carefully remove them to unclog the ports.
4.As you clean the sound from your device should start improving and you should be hearing quite clearly compared to before.
5.As a bonus make sure that the other ports are also clean which should include the Mic, headphone and charge port as these can cause separate issues.
