How to Fix the Problem?
1.As a good measure go ahead and restart your device.
2.Go to settings on your Android device then Apps and then messages and then Permissions.
Now make sure all permissions are allowed and nothing is denied.
3.As above from settings, Apps look for TikTok and go to permissions and make sure all permissions are turned on as well.
4.Sometimes the issue is your phone. Switch the SIM card to a new phone and see if the message is received. You can also look into using a secondary number you have to activate the account.
5.Use alternative method of activating your account such as email signup or use the call option on the 4 digit TikTok activation screen.
6.Check the number you entered and make sure its correct and correctly formatted with area code and so on.
