There is a new feature in Android 11 for the Samsung Galaxy line of phones that allows you to change the Call Background. You can change the call background to a picture of your liking or a video of your choice.
This feature is really cool and can be accesses once you have a newer device that can be updated to Android 11 with Samsung’s One UI 3.0.

How to set Call Background?
In order to set Call Background you will need to:
1.Go to your dialer.
2.Click the three dots upper right.
3.Now select settings and then: Call background.
4.You can change the Layout to your liking from here or select Background lower right.
Click the plus and select a Image or Video from your Gallery and set it as your call background. You can exit the menu when finished.
