How to fix this issue
In order to fix the issue and be able to delete apps do the following.
1.Go to settings.
2.Now go to Screen Time.
3.Next select Content and Privacy Restrictions, then iTunes and App Purchases.
4.Finally Deleting Apps and set to allow.
Now try to delete your App as normal, you can do so by long pressing and choosing Remove App. It will be deleted as normal now.
