How to fix iPhone Not Turning on issue:
Whenever you are unable to power off your iPhone for whatever reason go ahead and:
1.Press the volume up button.
2.Press the volume down button.
3.Press and hold the power button or sleep wake button.
4.Let go of the power button when you see the Apple logo. The above must be done in one swift motion pressing each button one after the other. You may or may not be able to see anything on the display while doing this.
