This is how to Translate a Website to English. This can work on any Website in any Language and best of all is that its not only limited to English as you can Translate to virtually any Language.
This is a Great feature that Built into Chrome from Google and works very well in Translating websites within seconds. I suggest that you read the directions below as it works on iOS and Android.

How it all done?
You will need to have Google Chrome Installed and a website that’s in another language or even English.
1.Launch Chrome and Visit the website of choice.
2.Click the three lines lower right.
3.Scroll down in the menu and Click Translate.
4.Click the gear Icon if the options don’t appear and choose in the To field the language you want the page in and Translate.You can choose to have pages always Translated to English or show the original and so which will help.
Note: You can get to the setting by clicking the Translate icon in the address bar before a website Address.Text in Pictures cant be changed or translated so bear that in mind.
