What you will need?
All you will need is a picture of the QR code already in your phone.Also you will need a Samsung Galaxy with the Latest Software update. This should work on the Galaxy S22 series, S21 series, S20 series and even devices such as the Galaxy S10 and more.

How to Scan QR code in your Samsung Phone?
In order to scan a QR code that you have as a picture do the following now.
1.Go to WiFi in the Quick toggles area by swiping down from the Home screen twice.
2.Click the text of the Toggle for your WiFi name.
3.Click details
(Continue from step 4 below. )
or
1.Go to settings.
2.Select Connections.
3.Click on WiFi name.
4.Find the three dots upper right and click the QR looking icon.
5.Click the Gallery icon and select the QR code and confirm to scan.
The phone will scan the Picture you have in Gallery and that will be it.
