Will a Regular Screen Protector work on the Galaxy S10 and S10+


A good question that allot of people have been asking as of late is Will a Regular Screen Protector work on the Galaxy S10 or S10 Plus?

Well you don’t need to ask this question any more as this article will answer this and other concerns you may have regarding the Galaxy S10.

The Answer:

So long story short a Plastic screen protector as the one that comes on the display will work fine but a regular tempered Glass screen protector will not work. So you will need to buy special Glass screen protectors that support the Ultrasonic Fingerprint scanner.

If not the new Fingerprint scanner will not work as it should.

Why do Regular Screen Protectors not work with the Ultrasonic Fingerprint scanner?

Its seems regular or traditional tempered Glass screen protectors which are better for protecting your smartphone from falls seems to block the Ultrasonic Fingerprint scanner that beneath the glass of the Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus.

Important Note
