Macbook Not Accepting Password


Today’s fix will be for anyone that has a problem where your Macbook Not Accepting Password. So if you are at the login screen of your Macbook Air or Pro and you find that the password you know to be correct is not being accepted you can do this now to fix it.

This is a fairly common problem that you are bound to encounter at one point where your password is not going through as you have entered it a million times.

This one applies to any Macbook Air or Pro that you may have. So regardless of which device you have go ahead and try the procedure as given below.

How to Fix your Macbook Not Accepting Password

1.At the login screen when you are asked for the password go ahead and locate the Power or touch ID button in the upper right.

2.Now press and hold for about 15 seconds and the screen will go black and the keyboard lights will go out.

3.If it does not start up automatically tap the power or touch ID button once more.

4.The Laptop will boot up again and ask for the password, enter the password again and it should be accepted this time.
