How to Turn on iCloud Photos?
So my guide will walk you through all you need to do in order to turn this feature back on.
1.Go to settings.
2.Search for Photos under settings and select it.
3.Now turn on iCloud Photos.
4.You should see a message saying More iCloud Storage Needed which is probably what has you confused as what to do.
5.Click on upgrade options, make sure the 5 GB Free option or free option is selected. There is no need to buy anything and then select and then select continue without purchasing at the bottom of the screen.
