This one is a Whatsapp fix and involves voice notes you may receive. I mainly notice the problem on the iPhone but it may also apply to Android devices as well.
With the problem when you play Voice notes that you receive you will notice that you cant hear them as they are super low. You may even think the other party did not record them properly but that’s far from the truth in most cases. My guide will break down everything and provide a solution.
How to Fix this Problem?
In order to fix this problem
1.Make sure your device volume is turned up high enough and that you don’t have a silent profile or mode on.
2.Exit Whatsapp and close the app and open again and see if that helps.
3.If all else fails reboot your phone, this usually fixes the problem fully for me.

Why does this happen?
Based on what I have seen this is a random problem that can be easily solved as shown. The issue seems to be a random error that will solve it self or you can solve it immediately with the above tips.
