This guide is for anyone that finds themselves stuck in safe mode on a Samsung Tablet or Android Tablet.I will show you what to do in order to exit Safe Mode and explain common reasons why some Tablets and other devices get stuck.
Why Did I get Stuck in Safe Mode?
In most cases Safe mode is intentionally entered by the user and its easy to exit. Other times you can become stuck in the mode after been placed into it for some reason and often times you did not want to be placed in the mode.
Regardless this guide will show you what you can do to exit right now.

Watch my video guide that will walk you through the process and show you what to do as written here. You can also read the guide if you choose or both.
How to Exit Safe Mode on your Tablet?
1.To exit safe mode first try the normal exit method, swipe down from the top of the screen and select the notification in the Notification area and confirm to exit.
2.If for some reason you booted back into Safe Mode try holding Power + Volume down and hold until your device reboots. Let go at the first Samsung screen.
3. If that still doesn’t work and you booted back into safe Mode, its safe to assume your buttons are stuck. Clean the volume up and down button grime between them can case them to press and the phone will continually boot into Safe mode.
Get the gunk out from between the buttons and get the buttons unstuck and your device will boot up normally.
why did this work?
Most likely if it was gunk between the buttons the phone thought you were trying to boot into safe mode as it thought the correct buttons for a safe mode boot was being pressed.

That helped. The volume down button was being pressed by the tablet’s case…thanks! 🙂
Ok great thanks for sharing, others will be aware and look out for that as well.
