The process of checking the specs of a Macbook pro or air is very simple and as shown here
1.Click on the Apple logo upper left.
2.About this Mac.
3.The tabs you see now will show the main information on your device.
4.To get the detailed hardware information on you Macbook go to Overview Tab and click system report.
You will have a detailed screen now with all the hardware info that you need. The drop down list on the left details all the main hardware in your device and simply click on one shows the info on the right.
