Why don’t i have Face Filters on Instagram? 3

So everyone is excited that Instagram now has Face filters. The feature is very similar to features on Snapchat as many have come to realize but regardless its a fun feature to have. You are here today as you don’t have Face Filters on Instagram or you can’t seem to find the feature anywhere within your camera-confused? Just like you I was happy when I updated the app and saw the new feature been demoed.

I searched high and low and could not find the new face icon to the left of the camera app or something like that as it was not there as shown. Well I found the answer and why most people can’t seem to find the feature although the app demos the feature after updating.

What happened to my face filter?

Now if you visit the App in the Play Store you will realize that the answer is given there as can be seen here:

– Tap the new face icon in the bottom right corner of the camera.
– Use the front or back-facing camera — try them with Boomerang!

Face filters will be rolling out globally over the coming weeks.

The key point being and the answer to everyone’s question that : Face filters will be rolled out globally over the coming weeks.So what this means is that we all wont get the new features at the same time and different people will receive the feature gradually until everyone gets the new feature. For now all you can do is wait and there does not seem to be a workaround to this.
